LumaBoard Privacy Policy

Effective: July 11, 2026 Last updated: July 11, 2026

Thank you for using LumaBoard (the “App”). This Policy explains how information is handled and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Handle

The current App requires no account and does not request your name, phone number, precise location, contacts, camera, or microphone. It does not currently include advertising, behavioral analytics, or profiling SDKs.

2. Android Cloud Backup

If Android Auto Backup is enabled for your device and Google account, local templates and settings may be encrypted and stored by Android for reinstall or device-transfer recovery. Google/Android controls backup timing, storage, and account security. You may manage or disable backups in system settings.

3. Purchases

Real-money purchasing is not enabled in the current version. If Pro purchases are enabled later, Google Play will process orders, payment methods, transaction identifiers, refunds, and related information. The App will not receive full card or payment-account details; it may receive product and entitlement status to unlock or restore features. Google Play’s policies will also apply.

4. Feedback, Sharing, and External Services

“Contact Us” opens your email app. We receive your address and message only if you choose to send it. Sharing, rating, photo-library, and backup actions invoke Android, Google Play, or apps you select, which process information under their own policies.

5. Uses and Disclosures

Information is handled only as needed to provide editing, playback, export, backup recovery, troubleshooting, and support. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We disclose information only to services you choose, when legally required, or when reasonably necessary to protect users and the service.

6. Retention, Security, and Deletion

Local content remains until you delete it, clear App data, or uninstall. Delete exported files in your photo library. Google controls cloud-backup retention. We use safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, but no storage or transmission method is absolutely secure.

7. Children

The App is for a general audience and is not directed specifically to children under 14. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal information without appropriate consent may contact us.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You can edit or delete templates and settings in the App and manage App data, media, and cloud backups through system settings. Where applicable law grants rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent, contact us below.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy as features or legal requirements change. Material changes may be announced in the App or through the distribution channel. The revised Policy applies from its stated effective date.
